Strawberry Chia Seeds Cheesecake
How To Make

Preheat the oven 150ºC.

Mix cream cheese, butter and milk in a saucepan, cook on low heat while stirring until it smooth.

Remove from the stove, add flour and corn starch. Wait until warm, add egg yolks, and stir until mix well.

In other bowl, beat egg whites and Tropicana Slim Sweetener Monk Fruit until stiff.
-
Add white egg mixture into the cream cheese mixture into three stages. Stir until smooth so the final dough texture is still thick.

Pour into 20 cm diameter baking dish lined with baking paper.

Place the pan into the larger pan filled with hot water to a height of 2 cm (au bain marie technique).
-
Bake 90 minutes until cooked.

Let it cool, then spread with Tropicana Slim Strawberry Jam and sprinkle with Tropicana Slim Vanilla Cookies Chia crumble.

60 ml low fat milk

200 g cream cheese

45 g all-purpose flour

5 eggs, split the yolk and white

2 sachets Tropicana Slim Vanilla Cookies with Chia

How To Make

Mix flour, Tropicana Slim Sweetener Monk Fruit, instant yeast, salt and olive oil in bowl, mix well.

Pour water, knead until smooth, then rest 30 minutes until fluffy.

Preheat the oven 200ºC.
-
Roll out the dough measuring 30x40 cm.
-
Grease with chocolate spread, sprinkle with chopped cashews and roasted sesame. Then roll it up tightly.
-
Cut into 3 cm pieces and place on a baking pan.
-
Bake until golden brown for 8 to 10 minutes.

Lift and serve.

65 ml water, lukewarm

50 g chopped roasted cashews

In a large saucepan, bring water to a boil. Remove from the heat; add tea bags. Cover and steep for 3-5 minutes. Discard tea bags.

Stir in the sweetener, concentrates and remaining water. Refrigerate until chilled. Garnish with mint and lemon or lime if desired. You can add some ice cubes.

For 6 servings, enjoy your summertime.

100 ml of orange juice concentrate

Steps

Heat the milk in saucepan until warm. Pour into jar.

Add tea bags into jar, cover and steep for 10 minutes. Discard tea bags.

Stir in the sweetener, honey and cinnamon.

Served in your favourite mug or tumbler to keep your day.

For 4-5 servings.
